Wakewell provides sleep health assessment services, including at-home sleep tests, professional analysis, and personalized treatment recommendations. Our services are designed to help identify and address sleep-related health conditions.
Our services are provided for informational and diagnostic purposes. While our sleep specialists are board-certified professionals, our services do not replace the care of a physician. You should consult with your healthcare provider before making any medical decisions.

Payment is due at the time of ordering unless other arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards and may work with your insurance provider for coverage. You are responsible for any charges not covered by insurance.
You may cancel your order before the sleep test kit is shipped for a full refund. Once equipment has been shipped, cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee. Refunds for completed tests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Sleep test equipment remains the property of Wakewell. You are responsible for the care and timely return of all equipment. Damaged, lost, or unreturned equipment may result in additional charges.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal and health information in compliance with HIPAA and other applicable privacy laws.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from WakeWell Sleep Solutions, you agree to the following terms:
Program Description: WakeWell Sleep Solutions provides home sleep testing services and uses SMS to send appointment reminders, sleep test instructions, secure patient portal links, and test result notifications. All messages are transactional and directly related to your scheduled medical services. No marketing or promotional content is sent.
Opt-In: You consent to receive text messages when you provide your mobile phone number during the appointment booking process, either in-office or via our online booking portal. Consent is recorded with a timestamp in our scheduling system.
Message Frequency: Typically 3–5 messages per sleep test cycle. Frequency varies based on your appointment and testing schedule.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. WakeWell does not charge for sending text messages.
Opt-Out: You may stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from WakeWell. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts. You may also opt out by calling (562) 291-2191 or emailing [email protected].

No Purchase Required: Consent to receive text messages is not required to purchase any goods or services from WakeWell. You may receive sleep testing services without opting in to text messages.

Supported Carriers: Messages are sent via Azure Communication Services. Major US carriers are supported. WakeWell is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues.
All content on our website and in our communications, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Wakewell and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Wakewell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
